PHYSICAL FITNESS


After these few months of excessive food intake, i had decided to do some exercise to lose some weights. Gosh, never knew it is so hard to lose weight..haha..Today is my second days of rope skipping for 100x..Hopefully i will be motivated to do it everyday.

Hmm, i think i got to stop eating durian too..Maybe it is one of the main contributor of my weight :S scary...No more junk and soft drinks too...Gosh, my diet is really really bad. But anyway, feel so satisfied after some movement today..haha

Haha... now then you know is so hard to lose weight... still keep eat eat eat.... when you back here sure you need to buy new clothes again... hoho....
